About the role
Customer Service Representative
College Migration is an education-tech platform helping students find, apply to, and secure admission into universities abroad. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions, handle visa-related inquiries, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee interactions between customers and key team members
- Use CRM and ERP systems to manage relationships internally and externally
- Develop and nurture customer retention plans
- Manage all existing and unsatisfied clients
- Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures
- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
- Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
- Track application progress and provide updates to clients
- Handle complex cases and provide tailored solutions
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and help-related matters
- Analyze data and create reports on team operations and productivity
- Ensure zero tolerance to customer dissatisfaction
- Meet assigned targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- BSc Degree, HND, or ND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Relations, or English
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer relationship role
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong data management understanding
- Good social media usage (a plus)
Salary
N2,000,000 per annum
