Call Center Sales Agent

Salpha Energy Limited is seeking a results-oriented Call Center Sales Agent to drive revenue through phone-based sales and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to contact prospects and process orders
• Use persuasive techniques and sales scripts to close sales and follow up on leads
• Qualify leads, upsell products, and maintain accurate customer databases
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs
• Maintain customer information and sales records

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, digital sales, or customer service
• OND, HND, or BSc in any field of study (NYSC candidates welcome)
• Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Residency in Lekki and environs is an added advantage

Salary

• ₦100,000 monthly (based on normal performance)
• ₦400,000+ monthly (for high performers)
