Role Overview

Cursor ERP Solution Limited is seeking a Customer Service HMO Officer to meet with clients, assess their health, exercise routine, and dietary needs, and support them with personalized guidance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and identify their dietary needs by assessing health, exercise routine, and food habits
• Develop and help implement personalized nutrition plans for clients
• Offer advice on staying healthy and support clients with their progress
• Oversee the consultation calendar to ensure efficiency
• Simplify important information for clients and explain the benefits of a healthy diet

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of biochemistry, research methods, and human physiology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Must reside within Lagos State

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
