A distinctive five-star boutique hotel and lifestyle destination in Lagos is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the property and define its place in Lagos's luxury hospitality market. You will serve as the face of the brand, driving service excellence, revenue growth, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7–10 years' hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles in luxury, boutique, or international chain hotels
• Proven track record of operational and commercial success
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development instincts
• International exposure and experience working with expatriates
• Strong marketing and brand-building capability across digital, direct, and partnership channels

Salary

• Base pay: ₦800,000 – ₦1,500,000 net monthly (depending on experience)
