The Business Strategy Executive will drive corporate growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion by leading long-term planning, analyzing supply chain data, and building commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Set out growth roadmaps, align corporate goals, and manage strategic planning cycles.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends, track competitor behavior, and spot new revenue streams.
• Operational Optimization: Partner with relevant companies to cut transport costs and improve delivery speeds.
• Lead corporate planning initiatives
• Identify high-value commercial partnerships
• Collaborate closely with operations, fleet management, warehousing to drive business transformation
• Track and enforce KPIs
• Evaluate and champion the adoption of AI-driven logistics software

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related topics
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or management consulting
• Skills: Data analysis, project management, executive presentation skills.
• Industry knowledge is a good advantage

Salary N6m PA
