Copywriter - Paid Social Media Ad Creative

Xometry Europe is seeking a Paid Social Media Ad Creative Copywriter to create compelling and high-performing ad copy for paid social platforms. The role involves translating complex manufacturing concepts into clear, engaging messages for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write high-performing ad copy for paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond across both Xometry and Thomas
• Develop headlines, captions, CTAs, and copy variations designed for A/B testing
• Translate complex engineering and manufacturing concepts into clear, compelling, social-first messaging
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and brand teams to align copy with visuals and campaign objectives
• Iterate quickly on copy based on performance data and testing results
• Build and use AI workflows to accelerate copy production, testing, and quality assurance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience writing performance-driven copy for paid and/or organic social media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social ad copy and the ability to create clear, compelling messaging from complex concepts
• Excellent English grammar, editing, and messaging skills with the ability to communicate effectively with B2B audiences
• Ability to simplify technical, engineering, or complex manufacturing concepts into engaging social-first messaging
• Familiarity with major social platforms, advertising formats, and creative specifications
• Understanding of A/B testing and paid social performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Experience using AI tools and the ability to build Claude Skills or comparable custom AI workflows and agents that can scale copy production
• Demonstrated project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with designers, media buyers, marketers, product teams, and other stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership from creative brief through published ad and performance iteration
