First Patient Engagement LTD is seeking skilled and motivated Call Center Specialists to join their team in Apapa, Lagos. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, facilitating referrals, and maintaining detailed documentation of patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities.
• Make outbound calls to patients, doctors, and healthcare practices as needed.
• Schedule appointments for patients efficiently and accurately.
• Facilitate patient referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Provide clear and accurate responses to patient inquiries regarding their medical records.
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation of patient interactions and records.
• Establish effective communication with patients daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a reputable institution.
• At least one year of experience in a call center role.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate software and systems effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts.

Salary

• Monthly salary: ₦150,000.
