Sales and Marketing Officer

Chelis Bookazine Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and execute marketing strategies at our Asaba Branch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Promote company products and services through effective marketing initiatives and customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
• Collaborate with Operations and Management teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and business development events
• Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Minimum HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools
• Good knowledge of social media marketing and customer relationship management
• Valid driver's licence and ability to drive confidently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly, plus performance-based incentives and professional development opportunities.
