Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Expert who has mastered paid media across multiple platforms and can demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage multi-platform advertising strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROI.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, AI advertising tools, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Proven ability to generate measurable business results through paid media.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
