Outlet Market Sales Representative (OMSR) – Dry Hair Category

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven sales representative to drive sales and distribution of dry hair products within the Agbeni and Bodija markets. You will build strong customer relationships, increase product visibility, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dry hair products to wholesalers and retailers within assigned markets
• Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates to supervisor
• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company policies

Requirements

• Minimum OND in any discipline
• 1–2 years' sales experience in FMCG or beauty/personal care industry (advantageous)
• Familiarity with Agbeni and Bodija markets (highly desirable)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
