The Carpenter / Mason Foreman is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and leading all carpentry and masonry operations on site. The role ensures that all structural and architectural building elements are executed with precision, structural stability, high aesthetic quality, and strict adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Technical supervision of carpentry and formwork operations including fabrication, erection, alignment, and dismantling of formwork.
• Overseeing the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary supports.
• Directing and supervising masonry and finishing operations such as brickwork, block-laying, plastering, and tiling.
• Leading and coordinating the daily activities of carpenters, masons, and other trade workers.
• Monitoring material consumption and ensuring proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Enforcing HSE protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maintaining daily logs and reporting progress, shortages, or bottlenecks to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
