About the role

Sales Key Account Manager

Hello Products is seeking a Sales Key Account Manager to develop and expand B2B sales channels, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across local and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sustainable B2B sales channels by identifying new business opportunities across local and international markets
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retail partners, and corporate customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and long-term business growth
  • Represent the company during business meetings, trade exhibitions, and customer visits
  • Coordinate order processing, customer support, logistics follow-up, and timely delivery with internal teams
  • Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and payment follow-up
  • Support management with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking against agreed KPIs
  • Support export business activities and international customer management where applicable
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
  • Experience managing distributor, wholesale, or corporate customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Good understanding of sales operations, order management, and customer service processes
