About the role
PR & Influencer Marketing Manager
The Social Agency is seeking an experienced PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer and creator strategies for hospitality, travel, and lifestyle brands. This is a fully remote, senior-level position offering creative freedom and the opportunity to shape a growing department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead PR and influencer marketing strategies tailored to hospitality, travel, and fashion industries
- Research, identify, and build long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and media contacts
- Lead outreach to high-profile talent and celebrities for brand collaborations
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from pitch through execution and reporting
- Create and pitch PR stories to relevant media and press outlets
- Align influencer activity with wider marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, impact, and ROI
- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in PR or influencer marketing (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong track record running successful influencer campaigns (micro to macro and celebrity level)
- Existing network of creators and/or media contacts in hospitality, travel, or fashion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking ability with capacity to scale influencer efforts
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in remote, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in internet culture and confidence navigating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Bonus Skills
- Access to strong UK-based influencer network including top-tier talent
- PR/media writing skills (press releases, pitches)
- Experience with influencer marketing tools (Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence)
- Knowledge of luxury/lifestyle brand positioning
