The Content Creator / Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel's digital marketing, social media, content creation, online reputation management, and brand communication strategies. The role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, direct bookings, and revenue growth through compelling digital content and integrated online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the hotel's marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for all digital platforms.
• Manage the hotel's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and direct bookings.
• Plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots throughout the hotel.
• Ensure all digital communications comply with the hotel's brand standards.
• Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media platform dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
