Experience teacher

We are seeking an experienced teacher to transform traditional instruction into dynamic, hands-on learning experiences that actively engage students and deepen their practical understanding. The ideal candidate will create a vibrant classroom environment where theory meets real-world application through creative, student-centered activities. Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lesson plans centered on experiential and activity-based learning
• Lead interactive classroom exercises that reinforce academic concepts through practical application
• Evaluate student progress using project-based assessments, demonstrations, and performance tasks
• Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom conducive to active participation
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and share effective experiential teaching strategies Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience with a demonstrated focus on practical or experiential learning
• Valid teaching certification or relevant educational qualification recognized in Nigeria
• Proven ability to translate abstract subject matter into engaging, hands-on classroom activities
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in curriculum development and differentiated instruction
