Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a proactive marketer to drive growth for their printing business. This is a unique blend of digital marketing and physical, hands-on promotion where you'll manage online presence while actively showcasing print capabilities through corporate outreach, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B field marketing by visiting local businesses, agencies, and corporate clients to pitch printing services and distribute custom print samples
• Manage digital campaigns including localized social media ads, email newsletters, and SEO campaigns to generate print orders
• Design and curate high-quality physical sample kits (business cards, banners, packaging, brochures) to showcase print finishes
• Plan and execute presence at corporate and local business expos, community markets, and industry trade shows
• Create high-quality photos and videos of the printing process and finished products for social media and website use
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners to drive repeat orders and referrals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (minimum HND)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or field sales, preferably in printing, FMCG, or B2B services
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing and field marketing
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, events, and trade shows
• Portfolio of previous marketing work or campaigns (strong advantage)
• English language proficiency

Salary

NGN 150,000 - 250,000 monthly
