Head of Sales & Growth (Hybrid)

Venco.africa is an all-in-one community management platform operating in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana. We are seeking a Head of Sales & Growth to lead our sales and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and growth strategies for the platform.
• Develop and execute plans to expand the company's market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and growth leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of community management platforms and related services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: N600,000 - N650,000 monthly.
