About the role

Team Lead – Marketing (B2B Sales)

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a highly driven and experienced Marketing Team Lead to lead business development efforts in the Freight & Logistics industry. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the marketing/business development team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Drive aggressive B2B client acquisition by identifying and converting new corporate customers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that increase revenue and market share
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Follow up with dormant and former clients to reactivate business relationships
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and industry trends to support company growth
  • Develop and implement marketing policies, sales initiatives, and customer engagement strategies
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (preferably Freight & Logistics)
  • Proven ability to generate leads, prospect corporate clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a high-performing sales or marketing team
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Results-driven with ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary

  • Monthly Salary: N400,000
