Accountant (Edo)

Description The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing internal accounts, maintaining accurate financial records,and ensuring timely remittances to statutory bodies. Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly payroll, PAYE, and pension schedules. Maintainaccurate accounting records and ledgers using Excel or accounting software. Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations. Monitoring financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial processes. Prepare monthly and quartely reports on financial status of the company. Requirements Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 3-6years of work experience. Candidates with UPPER degrees will be given preference. Candidate must be female only Candidate must reside in Benin city only.
