Restaurant Supervisor (Yaba Outlet)

The Restaurant Supervisor at Burger Place is responsible for the total performance of the Yaba outlet, overseeing both sales and production. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the outlet, ensuring speed, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage both front-end and back-end operations effectively.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
• 2–4 years experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail supervision
• Strong leadership and operational control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside around Yaba (or nearby area)

Salary ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
