Lotus Bank is recruiting for its Sales Academy (LSA) 1.0 programme, a structured initiative designed to develop early-career sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized university
  • Completion of NYSC programme or valid Certificate of Exemption
  • 0–2 years of post-graduate work experience
  • Not more than 28 years old at the date of application
  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage
