Site Engineer/Builder

We are hiring a Site Engineer/Builder to supervise construction activities and ensure quality execution on residential and commercial projects in Island, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
• Ensure work is executed in line with approved architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in building construction projects
• Experience working on residential or commercial developments is an added advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
