IT Sales Executive

Creastech Limited is seeking an IT Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through the sale of our technology solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in B2B sales in the IT or technology industry
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Strong understanding of technology products and services (cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity, software solutions, managed IT services)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
