Driver

Handyman Daige Properties is seeking an experienced Driver to safely operate company and private vehicles, ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups, and maintain vehicles in excellent condition while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company/private vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing regular checks and maintenance
• Plan and manage efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety
• Complete vehicle logs and reports as required
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and company personnel
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to management immediately

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications
• 10+ years proven experience as a driver
• Knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and routes
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations
• No criminal record
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and late nights
• Must be willing to start immediately
• Must be willing to live in the residence of the MD
• Must be able to feed himself
• Must have a smartphone and know how to use Google Maps
• Must have good hygiene
• Must be a resident of Abuja or Nassarawa
