Entry-level Sales Representative
Join erpSOFTapp as a Sales Representative and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients in the ERP software space.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Present and demonstrate ERPSoftApp solutions to prospective clients
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
