Entry-level Sales Representative

Join erpSOFTapp as a Sales Representative and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients in the ERP software space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Present and demonstrate ERPSoftApp solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
