About the role

Brand and Marketing Manager

Bottleking Beverage is seeking a results-driven and creative marketing leader to drive digital presence, brand positioning, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role blends strategy, execution, analytics, and creative direction across social media, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals; define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps
  • Lead brand positioning to ensure top-of-mind awareness and market leadership
  • Oversee multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and maintain consistent brand voice
  • Track and improve engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversion from social media
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads); optimize for CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Manage SEO strategy, email marketing campaigns, and website conversion funnels
  • Lead visual identity and supervise graphics/design team; approve all campaign creatives for quality and brand consistency
  • Lead major campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Promotions, Giveaways) and coordinate across teams
  • Define and track core metrics; build dashboards and deliver monthly performance reviews
  • Drive brand partnerships, growth opportunities, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, tech, and customer support teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably digital/e-commerce)
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing teams
  • Strong background in social media and paid advertising
  • Strategic thinking and execution ability
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital advertising platforms, SEO, and content marketing
  • Creative direction and design sensibility
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma), CRM and analytics dashboards
  • English language proficiency
