Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management)

Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a Sales Executive to drive loan and investment product sales while serving as a liaison between customers and our financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Determine applicable financial ratios and metrics; set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Review loan agreements for completeness and policy compliance
• Update account records and compute payment schedules in ERP systems
• Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application issues
• Assess customer needs and cross-sell different loan and investment products
• Build trust relationships and ensure customer loyalty (target: 90%+ retention)
• Meet monthly loan and investment sales targets
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines
• Support deposit mobilization efforts

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
• Proficiency with banking applications and software
• Strong understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Customer satisfaction and sales orientation
• Ability to work in goal-oriented environment and meet targets
• Solid computer skills

Key Performance Indicators

• Meet set monthly loan and investment targets
• Reduce non-performing loans
• Achieve minimum 90% customer retention rate across products
