Management Trainee

Join FactBase Consulting Limited as a Management Trainee in our HR consulting division. We are a growing, professionally-run HR consulting firm based in Lagos, committed to developing young graduates into HRM professionals through the CIPMN programme.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and training projects for various clients
• Plan and implement various HR consulting projects
• Research, write, present, and implement various HR proposals and projects
• Participate actively in our in-house Trainee-Consultants Development Programme

Requirements

• Minimum HND (1st Class, 2.1, 2.2/Upper Credit) or higher degree in OTM, Mass Communications, Social/Life Sciences, English Language/Linguistics, Educational Management, Library Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Maximum age: 26 years
• Comfortable with MS Office Suite
• NYSC Discharge Certificate required
• English language proficiency

Salary

NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month
