About the role
HR Manager
Accessbest Capital Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and support our growing workforce. This full-time role is based in Lagos and requires a minimum of 2–3 years of HR management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Coordinate training and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Support management with workforce planning and administrative duties
- Handle public relations and work with the company legal firm on staff and company matters
- Manage staff payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in financial services or lending industry is an added advantage
