Business Champion
Ascentech is seeking exceptional, high-potential graduates to join as Business Champions. You will drive business performance, take ownership of key projects, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple locations while ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive business performance and operational efficiency across assigned locations
- Take ownership of key projects and ensure timely execution
- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support strategic decision-making with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
Requirements
- Minimum of a First-Class degree (mandatory)
- Recently completed NYSC or about to complete
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of drive, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Salary ₦300,000 – ₦700,000 gross per month
