Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial Energy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the growth of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing large-scale business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving sales of hybrid solar systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and integrated commercial and industrial energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial energy market.
• Develop sales opportunities within: Factories and manufacturing companies, Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping malls and commercial facilities, Data centres, Telecommunications companies, Oil & gas companies, Mining companies, EPC companies, Solar companies, Electrical contractors, Industrial parks.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified C&I projects.
• Promote and sell commercial and industrial energy solutions, including: Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), All-in-one energy storage cabinets, Hybrid solar systems, Solar power systems, Integrated solar + energy storage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key commercial and industrial clients.
• Identify and manage large-scale solar and energy storage opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the C&I energy market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy storage sales.
• Demonstrated experience selling solar systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems, or related energy solutions.
• Proven experience managing and closing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of the commercial and industrial energy market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating significant revenue.
• Strong existing client relationships and business network within the C&I, industrial, energy, oil & gas, telecoms, manufacturing, EPC, or related sectors.

Salary

• Competitive salary of ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 per month.
• Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance.
• Top-performing sales professionals have the potential to earn ₦1,000,000+ monthly.
