Customer Relationship Officer

Elite Logistics & Development Services Limited is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain trusting relationships with our clients. You'll work across sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, resolve customer issues, and preserve long-term partnerships that drive brand value and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
• Preserve existing customers and manage contract renewals
• Approach potential customers to establish new relationships
• Maintain solid knowledge of competitor landscape

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership capabilities
• Customer-oriented mindset

Preferred: Sales or customer service experience
