Furniture Showroom Manager

Lead and manage the furniture showroom operations, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Oversee team performance, product displays, and showroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and consistently hit monthly targets
• Welcome customers, present products, and prepare accurate quotations
• Generate and follow up on leads to support ongoing business growth
• Curate attractive, on-brand product displays and visual merchandising
• Maintain showroom operations in line with SPAR's standards and procedures
• Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
• Prepare sales reports and share market/customer feedback with leadership
• Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years' experience in retail/showroom sales — furniture or home décor experience required
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with a track record of hitting targets
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Good understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising
