A full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, responsible for driving business growth and strategic initiatives in the power sector. This includes leading market analysis, defining business plans, overseeing client accounts, and collaborating with product and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and sector analysis
• Define business plans and revenue strategies
• Oversee key client accounts and ensure strong stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with product, technology, and implementation teams
• Support bids and proposals
• Monitor project and portfolio performance
• Represent Crown Interactive at industry events

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in power and utilities sector
• Business planning and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Proven leadership experience in power, utilities, or energy sector
• Experience with digital transformation projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
