Graphics Designer

BlueOcean Tech Services is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for fast-paced technology and AI startup clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent design taste, strong execution speed, and the ability to produce polished, professional work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality brand, marketing, and digital assets for BlueOcean and client projects
• Create social media creatives, website graphics, pitch deck visuals, ads, banners, icons, and presentation materials
• Translate client briefs into clean, modern, and professional visual designs
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, marketers, and founders
• Deliver multiple design iterations quickly without compromising quality
• Maintain visual consistency across brand and campaign materials
• Prepare design files for web, social, print, and presentation use
• Support fast-moving startup campaigns with quick turnaround times

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showing modern, clean, high-quality design work
• Excellent command of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and brand systems
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and visual polish
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work with American clients and international teams
• Ability to overlap with US working hours when required
• Strong documentation and async communication habits
• Reliable internet, power backup, and work setup
• Willingness to complete practical assessments during the hiring process

Salary: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 per month
