Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Tulips and Lilies Confectionery is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. In this role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and oversee sales execution to meet and exceed company targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals specializing in outside sales, B2B transactions, and technical sales
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology solutions
  • Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success and professional development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
  • Experience in account management or technical sales is highly desirable
