Private Finance Manager

We are seeking a Private Finance Manager to join our remote team worldwide. This role focuses on managing end-to-end banking operations, financial reconciliation, and advanced spreadsheet management for a private finance operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking payment operations including multi-currency payments, fees, statuses, limits, and payment orders
• Perform bank statement reconciliations, accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) control
• Maintain closing documents and ensure traceability and tracking of payment operations
• Create and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting with pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation/controls, reporting, structured tables)
• Strong experience with banking payment operations and multi-currency transactions
• Proven reconciliation and financial control experience
• Must be a member of Remote Platform to apply
