Fulfilment Officer

Oversee vendor management and operations across Nigeria, ensuring coordination and compliance with operational standards. Monitor vendor performance, rider activities, and service delivery in Lagos and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management across Nigeria, ensuring visibility and coordination through Field Operations Supervisors (FOS) in all regions
• Monitor vendor performance, movement, and compliance with operational standards nationwide
• Provide direct oversight of Lagos operations, including vendor performance, rider activities, and service delivery
• Manage the Lagos office and maintain visibility into operations in other regions through FOS reporting
• Ensure a clear reporting and escalation structure between riders, FOS, and central operations
• Coordinate rider operations by working through FOS to address issues, resolve escalations, and maintain efficiency
• Drive vendor growth and ensure all vendors are transitioned to Tier 1 through structured engagement
• Ensure all vendors use OVA in real time for order fulfillment, inventory management, and payments
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure all viable orders are delivered on time
• Ensure all active vendors complete quarterly QA assessments and meet required quality standards
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
