Interior Designer (Luxury & HNW)
Oak & Teak Interiors is seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to develop sophisticated, functional, and high-quality interior spaces for luxury and high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior concepts, mood boards, space plans, material selections, and design proposals.
- Create 3D designs, visualisations, and technical drawings.
- Manage projects from concept development through execution.
- Style and curate spaces, including furniture, décor, finishes, and accessories.
- Source and coordinate furniture, materials, fixtures, fabrics, lighting, and artwork locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate execution and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a reputable institution.
- Training from a recognised interior design school or professional programme.
- 3–5 years’ experience within an interior design firm.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Canva, PowerPoint, and other 3D design tools is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture selection, and styling.
- Experience in procurement and vendor coordination.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of luxury and functional interior spaces.
