About the role

Sales Team Lead – Ignite Energy Access Nigeria Limited

Join Ignite Energy Access Nigeria Limited as a Sales Team Lead to lead frontline sales agents and drive efficient, responsible solar product sales across Nigeria. This part-time role offers competitive base pay plus performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly
  • Manage the sales pipeline for Mysol products in your designated territory
  • Supervise sales transactions and ensure timely, accurate remittance of proceeds
  • Own credit follow-ups and collections for credit-based sales
  • Oversee and maintain assigned company tools and assets
  • Optimize allocated budgets to maximize revenue and market expansion
  • Formulate and execute operational sales strategies aligned with regional targets
  • Lead field sales activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching on pitching, closing, and customer relationships
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Support monthly inventory audits at service centers and POS locations

Requirements

Education:

  • National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of related sales experience
  • Must have prior experience selling solar products
  • Must reside in your selected location
  • Mobility is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with clarity and comprehension
  • Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Adaptability and ability to handle changing priorities
  • Fluent in English

Salary

Base pay plus performance-based commission incentives (in line with applicable incentive scheme).
