HR Compliance & Attendance Officer

African Industries is recruiting an HR Compliance & Attendance Officer to manage attendance records, ensure HR compliance, and provide workforce data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance records
• Ensure HR compliance
• Prepare workforce data analysis and reports

Requirements

• 2–3 years' HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment
• Knowledge of attendance management and HR compliance
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Salary ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly
