After-Sales Inventory Supervisor

MeWe Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented After-Sales Inventory Supervisor to oversee technical spare parts and appliance inventory. You will bridge technical operations and stock management, ensuring components for ACs, Fans, TVs, and home appliances are tracked, organized, and available for the service team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the after-sales inventory and spare parts store
• Track and log technical stock components for ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances
• Perform regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation to prevent shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the technical team to issue exact parts required for appliance repairs and maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage conditions for all technical components

Requirements

• Solid understanding or familiarity with components and spare parts of ACs, Fans, TVs, and home appliances
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate between technicians, management, and suppliers
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) or inventory management systems
• Excellent professional etiquette and customer relationship management with internal teams and external vendors
• Must reside close to the office location (proximity is highly prioritized)
• Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
