About the role

Customer Support Consultant, Broadband Diagnostics

SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to provide technical support for broadband and connectivity issues. This is a remote role based in Lagos with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule (10 AM–6 PM CET).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues for customers
Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively
Provide technical guidance in German and English

Requirements

Excellent German (C1/C2 level, both spoken and written)
English B2+/C1 level
Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity
Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Personal laptop/computer with minimum 8GB RAM
Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
