About the role
A leading FMCG company is seeking experienced Van Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and product availability across assigned territories in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory
- Ensure adequate stock availability in the van to meet customer demand
- Promote company products and drive sales through effective selling techniques
- Maintain proper product visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets
- Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned outlets
- Take full accountability for stock loaded into the van
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Requirements
- Minimum NCE or OND qualification
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably within FMCG distribution
- Valid Driver's License and LASDRI certificate (where applicable)
- Proven ability to drive commercial vehicles and sell products simultaneously
- Good knowledge of assigned routes and traffic regulations
