About the role

A leading FMCG company is seeking experienced Van Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and product availability across assigned territories in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory
  • Ensure adequate stock availability in the van to meet customer demand
  • Promote company products and drive sales through effective selling techniques
  • Maintain proper product visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets
  • Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned outlets
  • Take full accountability for stock loaded into the van
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Requirements

  • Minimum NCE or OND qualification
  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably within FMCG distribution
  • Valid Driver's License and LASDRI certificate (where applicable)
  • Proven ability to drive commercial vehicles and sell products simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of assigned routes and traffic regulations

Salary & Benefits Performance Incentives, HMO, 13th Month Salary, Leave Allowance.
