Executive Driver

Responsible for providing secure and reliable transportation for executives, maintaining vehicle inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of the executive's schedule. This role also involves coordinating with other staff members and assisting with security measures.

Responsibilities

• Providing security for executives and their families
• Maintaining a vehicle inventory and arranging for maintenance and repairs
• Driving executives to meetings, conferences, and events
• Ensuring the executive’s schedule is organized effectively
• Assisting with luggage and other items as requested
• Staying informed about local events and activities
• Coordinating with other staff members
• Assisting with security measures such as checking identification badges
• Monitoring traffic conditions and relaying information to the executive

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in driving Company Executive Director
• Must pass driving record (MVR) check
• Proven experience in a role demanding process accuracy and customer service
• Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service
• Effective, proactive communicator
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Specialized driver's license may be required depending on state and local regulations
