Sales Supervisor

The Burger Place is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate the sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor sales representatives across the business
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and efficiency within the sales team
• Track team performance and provide regular reports and feedback to management
• Train, guide, and motivate sales reps to improve conversion and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention
• Support creation of engaging sales content for promotions and digital platforms
• Work with management to plan and execute sales campaigns and in-store promotions
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer orders
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales supervision, sales management, or similar leadership role
• Strong ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a sales team
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales targets and improve team performance
• Good understanding of sales strategy, customer engagement, and retail operations
• Ability to create basic promotional content and contribute sales-driven ideas
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
• Smart, proactive, organized, and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of results
• Must live in or around Egbeda, Igando, Ikotun, Alimosho, Isheri, or nearby areas
