About the role
FMR Agency is recruiting a Marketing Executive (Real Estate) for a leading real estate and property investment company in Abuja. You will drive luxury property sales, build strong client relationships, and convert high-value prospects into buyers of premium residential developments and off-plan projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury residential properties and real estate investment opportunities in Abuja and surrounding areas
- Generate and qualify high-value leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, and executive-level client presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote completed luxury developments and off-plan projects to prospective buyers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Abuja luxury property market
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client engagement activities
- Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Must be currently resident in Abuja
- Proven experience selling luxury residential properties valued at ₦100 Million and above
- Demonstrated success selling both completed properties and off-plan developments
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja luxury real estate market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and property investors
- Valid driver's license (added advantage)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent relationship management and client engagement capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong executive presence
- Strong networking and business development capability
Salary Highly Competitive & Negotiable Based on Experience and Proven Performance + 5% Sales Commission. Pool Car Available for Official Sales Activities.
