About the role

iLotBet is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Lagos, responsible for delivering excellent customer support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution within defined timelines
  • Conduct telemarketing and follow-up calls to engage and retain customers
  • Escalate complex issues through the appropriate channel
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND qualification in any relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English

Salary: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month
