Sales & Customer Support Representative

Shuttle Mart is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative to drive vehicle sales through timely, persuasive engagement with interested buyers. This role blends responsive customer service with strategic follow-up to convert inquiries into completed sales.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer messages and comments across digital platforms including WhatsApp and Facebook to maintain high engagement.
• Guide potential buyers through the vehicle selection, financing options, and purchase process with clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups with leads to address concerns, provide updates, and close sales effectively.
• Represent the company professionally during phone calls, video chats, and occasional in-person interactions at the Lagos warehouse.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet campaign targets and relay valuable customer feedback or sales obstacles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales progress in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport quickly.
• Strong phone and written communication skills, especially on WhatsApp and Facebook.
• Demonstrated sales conversion experience or aptitude, even in entry-level roles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Ability to work primarily remotely while being available for occasional in-person duties at the Lagos warehouse.
