Project Manager

Lead and manage all phases of building construction projects from initiation to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of building construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate site activities among contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8–12 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects
